    September 6, 2011We had Robert stay with us this long weekend and since his bday was today, I wanetd to take treats to his Day Program to celebrate. I went to Costco yesterday to pick up a giant cake but they were closed! Yikes! I decided the only solution would be to bake 75 cupcakes so that’s what we did. My miracle was that my hubby (who is quite the baker) jumped right in and ran the kitchen like a military operation. I just followed orders. We were done within a couple of hours and just in time to have a bday dinner for Robert. That was my miracle yesterday! (People at Day Program were very excited to see all the cupcakes).
